1.1 Tour Deposit

1.1.1 A minimum deposit of 50% from the total package/flight ticket and etc must be paid per person as reservation fee. DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE require for booking

 

1.2 Balance / Full Payment

1.2.1 The balance or full payment must be made *within 30 days before the date of departure. A failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

 

1.3 Method of Payment

1.3.1 By Cash

1.3.1.1 The customer must be bank in the cash into the company account. Submitted  by fax or email the bank in slip to fax number ( 03–4270 7706) or email to or as  a proof of payment. Official receipt will be issued after receive the bank in slip.

-Important notes: The company do not hold responsibles for any discrepancies or any losses  during transaction process between customer and staff. The company will be rensponsible for deposited amount into the account of company.

1.3.2 By Cheque

1.3.2.1 The customer must be bank in the cheque into the company account. Submitted  by fax or email the bank in slip to fax number ( 03–4270 7706) or email to or as  a proof of payment. Official receipt will be issued after the cheque  is clear in the bank.

-Important notes: All cheques should be crossed and made payable to “ ZAMAR TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD”. The company will be not responsible for any bounce cheque or any payment that are delayed / default.

1.3.3 By Credit Card

1.3.3.1 Payment by credit card will only be accepted at the company premises. Official receipt will be issue after the payment is clear. Please be informed that payment by credit card will be charge 3 % service tax.

-Important notes: The payment are not submit to the company by the date line, the company will be not responsible for any cancellation made the airlines / ground.

2. PACKAGES.

 

2.1 All destination are chosen and specifically desined by ZAMAR TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD.

2.2 Itinerary and package price of all destination are tailor made only for ZAMAR TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD clients

2.3 Data of confirmation /  undertaking letter must be made 4 month from selected departure dates.

2.4 Upon confirmation of tour package, no changes can be made to the reservation within 30 days before the date of departure. However, any request from any member for any changes to come back earlier or later than the group will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines.

2.5 Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original reservation.

 

 

 

 

3. AMENDMENT CHARGES.

3.1 For Free Independent Travelers (FIT) Tour Packages.

3.1.1 Upon confirmation of the tour any subsequent change made to the reservation is subject to amendments charge per person per charge.

3.1.2 No change can be made within 7 working days before the date of departure.

3.1.3 Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original reservation and is subject to cancellation charges as defined the cancellation policy.

 

3.2 For Group Tour Packages.
3.2.1 Upon confirmation of the tour no changes can be made to the reservation within 14 days before the date of departure.

3.2.2 However, any request from any member for any change to come back earlier or later than the group will be subject to the conditions of the respective airlines.

 

4. CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR CANCELLATION MADE BY TOUR MEMBER.

4.1 For FIT Tour Group

4.1.1 Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.If the company receives notice to cancel 30 days or more before the date of departure,a minimum administrative fee of RM50.00 or 10% of the tour deposit (whichever is lower) per person will be levied.

4.1.2 If notice of the cancellation is received 29 days or less before the date of departure the following charges will be applied:

4.1.3 The respective airlines cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges as set out in clause 4.1.2 (Note:The airline ticket is restricted and subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions.It may be non-endorsable ,non-reissuable,non-refundable and non-reroutable.Any alterantion in routing or charge of date of travel by any passenger is solely at his own risk.The company or its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconveniece caused and extra expenses incurred. However,any refund made by any airline for a cancellation made 2 working days or less before the day of travel for non-promotional fares shall be paid to the tour member less any administraction charges incurred by the tour company).

4.2 For Group Tour Packages.

4.2.1 Cancellation of booking must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. If the company receives notice to cancel 45 days or more before the date of the departure, a minimum administrative fee 10% of the tour deposit per person will be levied.

4.2.2 If notice of the cancellation is received 24 days or less before the date of the departure the following charges will be applied:

4.2.3 The respective airline’s cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges as set out clause 4.2.2 (Note: The airline ticket is restricted and subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions. It may be non-endorsable, non-reissuable,non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any alternation in routing or change of date of travel by any passenger is solely at his own risk. The company or its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred).

4.3 Air fare includes outbound and domestic flight will be borne by any replacement of new tour members which subjected to respective airlines under its terms and conditions.

 

4.4 However if the cancellation that is due by accident / death, the amount of refund is based on airlines /  ground refund and the cancellation fees is;

a) Full Package                     : RM 100 (Letter from doctor is required)

b) Ground Package             : RM   50 (Letter from doctor is required)

 

4.5 Settlement of refund;

a) Full Package                     : all refund will be settle after 45 days but not more than 90 days from the return of tour

b) Ground Package             : all return refund will be settle not more than 30 days

 

5. CANCELLATION BY COMPANY.

5.1 FIT Tour Packages.

5.1.1 The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to any Act of God, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia which is beyond our control.

5.1.2 The company shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours. Should any passenger decide not to accept the alternative tours, all moneys paid less the administrative fee chargeable will be refunded to the passenger.

 

5.2 Group Tour Packages.

5.2.1 The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to any Act of God, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia which is beyond its control.

5.2.2 The company shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours.Should any passenger decide not to accept the alternative tours,all moneys paid less the administrative fee chargeable will be refunded to the passenger.

5.2.3 In the event of a cancellation by the company due to insufficient passengers or inabilities to secure seats or accommodation,the company will refund the amount of money paid and also pay compensation as follows:

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENT.

6.1 Tour Member’s Responsibilities.

A Tour member must be having:

  1. An international passport or the other recognized travel documents which should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to country of origin;
  2. The necessary visa and vaccination and health certificate as required by the various authority of the countries to be visited.
  3. Final documents need to prepared and submitted not less than 2 month before date departure.

 

6.2 Company’s Responsibilities.

The Company undertakes to:

  1. Advise tour members on related documents required;
  2. Assist passengers in obtaining the necessary visa. However, the company cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.

 

6.3 Relevant Fees and Charges.

Service charges and visa fees levied shall be borne entirely by the tour members.

 

6.4 Rejection of Visa or Travel Documents.

If for any reason,the application for visa or necessary exit permit is rejected, a refund of tour fare will be made less administrative fees.

 

 

6.5 Refusal of Entry.

The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any tour member is refused entry or deported by immigration authorities resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes, or whosebehavior and activities are considered to be detrimental by a foreign government.

 

7. TOUR INFORMATION AND PRICES.

7.1 Prices shown are current during the time of publication.

7.1.1 Price is per group price. Minimum Pax per group travelling is 20 person or otherwise stated.

7.1.2 All prices / fares are subject to change if there are any as below:

a) Increase in airfare, Airport Tax & Fuel.

b) Transportation Cost, Hotel Rates, Exchanges Rates, Government Tax and others.

7.1.3 The price are inclusive off all that stated in the itinerary or otherwise will be mentioned.

7.1.4 The company reserves the rights to amend the price on condition and will be inform the clients accordingly before the confirmation of the tour Cancellation made by client due to this action is subjected to the cancellation charges impose by the company in clause 14.3

7.2 The company covenants for the following to be included in the tour fare;

7.2.1 Return air ticket, not including all airport taxes and any applicable taxes.

7.2.2 Hotel accommodation, based on:

*       Twin sharing basis (two persons to a room)

*       Single supplement (person staying alone-the person concerned must pay the single supplement);and

*       Triple sharing (three persons travelling together)

*       For a group of three persons,accommodation is based on a triple sharing basis where applicable.

*       The child tour fare as advertised is based on a child who is 2 years but not more than 12 years of age. Sharing a twin room with two (2) adults.

7.2.3 All meals, sightseeing and other items as specified in the itinerary.

7.2.4 All sightseeing tours and transfers are based on sit-in-coach basis.

7.3 Items not included in the tour fare are:

  • *      

*       Food and Beverages not on regular menu;

*       Optional excursions;

*       Porterage at airport and hotels;and

*       All the items of a personal nature.

 

8. REFUND OF UNSUAL SERVICES.

No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare but not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

 

9. BAGGAGE.

Free airline baggage allowance is provided by the airlines the and the quantum and conditions may differ from one airline to another and from one airport authority to another. The same applies for hand-carried baggage aboard the aircraft. The travel agent will advise passengers on conditions.Passengers are required to purchase adequate insurance coverage.

 

10. POSSIBLE CHANGES.

Airline schedule or local conditions may require sightseeing tours, hotels and routes to be changed. Should this occur, the company shall make alternative arrangements subject to local conditions.

 

 

11. RIGHT TO REJECT.

The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any reservation made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person from being a tour member; to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort or enjoyment, of others on the tour. The company further reserves the right to cancel the reservation if for any other reason any carrier, hotel or other contractor refuses to allow any participant to participate in the tours. If any of such events, the company’s sole liability shall be refund to the member any moneys paid, less the amounts for services already utilized, and the administration and cancellation fees.

 

12. RESPONSIBILITY OF COMPANY.

The Company and its associated agents shall be held responsible for services provided with regard to transportation, accommodation, entertainment and meals, as indicated in their brochures. The company shall be required to pay appropriate compensation as determined by the Commissioner of Tourism in cases where,after an investigation, the Commissioner is satisfied that the services provided were not as stated in the brochure and in the agreement.

13. TRAVEL INSURANCE.

All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness, loss of money, cancellation, flight delays or lost baggage.’’.

 

 

14. OTHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED.

14.1 The company shall be not responsible for any changes or cancellation made by the airlines due to unpredicted condition such as natural disaster, political riots, bad weather and others. If things happened, refund will be given based on the refund made by airlines, however other cost are subjected.

In case of any changes due to Airlines Schedule or local conditions; required amendment of the package itinerary, the company shall make alternative arrangement subject to the local conditions.

14.2 The saet confirmation and availability are based on the payment received.

14.3 If at any time, the seat cannot be fullfil, the company has the right to cancel the departure. All the customer’s money will be return accordingly.

14.4 The company does not guarantee any advertising or promotion upload by the agent on their  personal website / email / Facebook /or other media, nor will the company be held any responsibility on the authencity of the agent information.

14.5 The company has the right to reject any kind of information publish or spread by the agent without any reason.

14.6 The company reserved the right to publish or print any photographic materials which taken during any of its tour for company own ommercial use.

14.7 ZAMAR TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD is not a subsidiary of any company, airlines, operator or transport service provider, therefore is free on any claim that are imposed on supplier by any parties.

14.8 No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.
