Located 15-minutes off Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Pulau Gaya is underlaid by folded sandstone and sedimentary rock and is part of the Crocker Range rock formation of the western coast of Sabah. Exposed sandstone outcrops feature on the coast of this island forming cliffs, caves, honeycombs and deep crevasses along the shore. Within the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park off the coast of Kota Kinabalu in Borneo, Gaya Island Resort rests along the coast of Malohom Bay, a natural sanctuary nestled in the hillside of an ancient rainforest with a stunning outline of Mount Kinabalu on the horizon. The resort's architecture respects Sabahan elements its 120 villas and two-bedroom suite use local materials and blend harmoniously with the natural environment while villa interiors are designed with a contemporary elegance. Important Note: 
Package is exclude a compulsory conservation park fee of MYR 31.80 nett on first night of stay, and an additional MYR 21.20 nett for each night thereof to each guest including children, for every night of stay by SabahParks


• Package is applicable to Malaysian and Singaporean residents, including its expatriates. Proof of resident identification must be presented upon check-in. Failing which, the daily prevailing rate at check-in will be strictly enforced. 
• Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and subject to prevailing service charge and government taxes. 
• A conservation fee of RM20 is applied to each guest, including children, for every night of stay by Sabah Parks, an organisation set up as the caretaker of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park conservation triangle. The conservation fee is contributed to Sabah Parks in support of their efforts to continue to preserve the most unique animal and plant species in this area. The conservation fee will be levied in your final bill during your stay. 
• Package is based on full prepayment and is not refundable, with a limit to five rooms available per day.
• Package is valid for individual bookings, not group bookings.
• A minimum stay of two nights is required
• Maximum of two adults and one child below 12 years old in the Bayu, Gaya, Canopy and Kinabalu Villas.
• Package is subject to availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All activities, spa treatments and private dining experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
