Kuching is the capital and the most populous city in the state of Sarawak in Malaysia. It is also the capital of Kuching Division. The city is situated on the Sarawak River at the southwest tip of the state of Sarawak on the island of Borneo.
Experience Sarawak through the calmness of village life experience and its diversity through this package. The journey starts from the capital city, Kuching, taking you through the authentic Iban Longhouse experience on a boat, and some caving experience too, all in just 6 days!

07:00am - Breakfast at Hotel.
08:00am - Depart to Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. Here captive Orang Utans formerly kept as pets are being nurtured to re adapt themselves back to jungle life. Learn about the conservation effort done to ensure the sustainability of this endangered species of apes. Before arriving at the feeding platform, you will have a wonderful experience of walking through the amazing untouched rainforest.
12:00pm - After lunch, proceed to Kuching City Tour. Drive through the place of interest (China Town, Tua Pek Kong Temple, Kuching Mosque) & Visit the Sarawak’s Historical building such as Kuching Waterfront, Square Tower, Old Courthouse, General Post Office and experience Darul Hana Bridge, the latest Kuching unique trademark, complementing the Brooke-era Astana on the left of the bridge, and the modern yet unique Sarawak State Assembly on the right. Driver will meet up at the other end of the bridge. If time permits, you will proceed to Orchid Garden. A brief stop will be made at a local souvenirs outlet. Transfer to Hotel and overnight in Hotel in Kuching.
08:00am - Breakfast at Hotel.
09:30am - Depart from hotel to experience 2D1N Authentic Iban Longhouse, situated about 250km from Kuching City town, with a few interesting stops along the way, the first one at Serian Town, a predominantly dayak trading town, where we will stop to shop for gifts with the Ibans. Second at Lachau, a small upcountry Chinese Village, where you dine for lunch where barter trade is still being transacted between the natives of Kalimantan and Sarawak, as well as the Chinese shop owners.
12:00pm - After lunch, the journey continues through scenic countryside or rice fields, rubber, cocoa, and pepper, oil palm plantations that intermingle with luxuriant tropical rainforest, rivers and mountain ranges. Proceed to the final stage of the journey at the jetty. Here you will board native longboats and travel further up river to an Iban Longhouse. Leave your belongings in the family room and relish local coffee, tea, and conversations with the families while waiting for local delicacies to be serve for dinner. Overnight at local Iban longhouse.
Things to bring for Longhouse Trip :-
07:00am - Breakfast in the Longhouse. Then, proceed to downriver by longboat back to the jetty, to get back to main land. Depart to Gua Silabur (Silabur Cave) which is located in Kampung Lubang Batu. It takes approximately 1 hour to trek and hike up, which will take you through lush trails and rocky paths to reach the Silabur Cave’s entrance. As you arrived at the entrance, you will be welcomed by the cool breeze breathed out of the cave. The cave’s chambers are divided by the curtains of ancient limestone formation. Discovering the cave is an exhilarating experience with its unique challenging trails which are also filled with guano and swiftlets’ dung. After spending about 1.5 hours in the cave, we will then descend down towards the next cave located at the foothill of Silabur. This descend takes about 30 minutes as the path is rocky and steep. Arriving at Siturib Cave, you are welcomed by the cool breeze and the clear water catchment in the cave itself. This is an ideal spot to enjoy your packed lunch and have a cool dip before we trek back the same way we arrived earlier. Transfer to Hotel in Kuching. Check-in Hotel in Kuching. Overnight at Hotel.

08:30am - Depart To Bako National Park. Gazetted as a National Park In 1957, Bako has almost every type of vegetation found In Borneo. Wildlife Sightings are almost guaranteed; Long-Tailed Macaque Monkeys, Silver Leaf Monkeys, Wild Boar, Squirrels and Monitor Lizards are commonly seen around the park. And so are the rare proboscis monkeys. Lunch either at Local Restaurant or at Bako National Park (depends on weather). After lunch, return to hotel in Kuching. Stay overnight at resort.

09:30am - Depart to Sarawak Cultural Village; the 17-acre living museum depicts the heritage of the major racial groups in Sarawak, a perfect introduction to its people, its cultures and its handicrafts. A daily 45-minute cultural performance is not to be missed during the tour. Lunch at SCV. After that, transfer to the airport for departure.
