Day 1 :   Arrival at Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort

  • Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort is centrally located at the central western shores of Tioman Island, Malaysia. Stay with us to experience the white sand beach that spans across our beachfront Resort. Enjoy the breathtaking views, turquoise water and spectacular house coral reefs with your loved ones
  • Arrival at Paya Village Jetty & Check-In at Resort.
  • Proceed for: Discover Scuba Dive *Intro to Scuba Diving with 1 Pool Session, ideal for beginners, no diving license required.

Day 2 :   Snorkeling at Ringgis Island & Marine Park (breakfast)

  • Snorkeling boat trip to Ringgis Island & Marine Park (9AM to 1PM)
  • Pulau Renggis is a small island that sits off the coast of Tekek Village, opposite Berjaya Tioman Resort. A popular snorkelling spot included in most round-island tour packages, Renggis offers great visibility in relatively shallow sea waters (20 meters), abundant coral reefs, colourful marine fish and the opportunity to swim with resident harmless black-tip baby sharks. Sometimes, visitors can also spot sea turtles resting along the sea bed.
  • Marine Park is a coral sanctuary at Tekek located at its east edge, with an information center opposite the beachfront that highlights Pulau
  • Tioman's underwater heritage. A popular snorkeling spot for tourists on round-island tours, the marine park has a limited among of coral reefs in the deeper waters, though there is a great amount of marinefish

  • Pulau Tioman has quite a few patches of mostly modestly-sized but extremely old mangrove forests. The symbiotic relationship between Tioman's coral reefs and its mangrove forests is quite established with the crystal-clear water around the Tioman area, which has through numerous surveys been shown to be home to an unusually large variety of fauna and flora

  • Ferries from Mersing depart from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Traveling time ranges from 1 hour and 15 minutes (speedboats/ fast ferries) to 2 hours (ferries). All boats stop at our Paya Village jetty, which is a 5-minute walk from our resort.
  • Ferries from Tanjong Gemok depart at regular intervals from 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Travel seamlessly with our meet-and-greet officers, at Mersing & Tanjong Gemok Jetty respectively, who provide comprehensive ground assistance at the land-sea mode of your travel itinerary​
