Cancellation Policy :

• No cancellation charges will be levied for guaranteed reservations provided a written notice via email or whatapps is received by The Traveller Malaysia Sdn Bhd no later than 40 days prior to the date of arrival.
• For cancellations received 39 to 20 days prior to arrival date, one night of the package reserved or one-night stay charge will be levied as a cancellation charge.
• For cancellations received 19 or less days prior to arrival date as well as for No Show, the full charges for the package reserved or full duration of stay will be levied as a cancellation charge.

  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11.00am – 6.00pm
  Saturday, Sunday, School and public holidays 10.00am – 6.00pm
  Tuesday (except on Malaysian school holiday and public holidays) Closed
• Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitor’s wristband tags will be removed upon exit
• When enjoying the theme park, proper swimming attire is required, however Muslim women are allowed to wear dry fit round neck t-shirt and dry fit/Lycra aerobic tights
